christmas moved slowly. we enjoyed the morning at the pool and the beach and then eventually ventured into town to explore, go to mass, and generally enjoy ourselves.
it was incredibly special to be able to return to the church we were married at two days prior for christmas mass.
downtown was buzzing with entertainment, food, locals, and tourists enjoying the holiday.

after mass, we went to senor frogs for another dinner on the beach.
a balloon animal making clown found us and an unbelievable night was set in motion. everyone got balloon art which pushed us to the dance floor which led to eighteen johnsons dancing until 11:30 at senor frogs.
