the wedding is over and therefore, our energy level for clinic and house updates has increased two fold. in fact, C got the itch to remove the bathroom tile on sunday afternoon while i was in omaha. i came home to sub-flooring and tile dust. i don't think i've ever loved him more. let's get this baby back on the move!
saturday night we walked through every inch of 109 and updated our to do list [yep, we're real fun]. the first list back in august got us to comfortable, this list should get us to accessorize and finalize! in order to hold us accountable, i'm sharing with you. there's no time line on this list, but dolla dolla bills considering, we'd love to knock it out in a year. or two. [i can hear the fellow homeowners out there laughing. a house is never done. we get it.]

okay, so this list is really depressing. kind of. i feel like we are further behind than we were in august, but this is the journey to the vision i had on day one. not just livable. FINISHED! honestly, it's a lot of small projects. and the fun stuff that will be ever evolving [art, rugs, accessories, oh my!]. it will get done. it has to get done. i just look at those before pictures and smile. 109 has come a long way and we are still in love. care to continue the ride with us?
*my camera battery died in the middle of snapping the current photos, so some are from the holidays and some just don't exist yet. believe me, there's nothin to see in the basement and laundry room anyway. also, the light was terrible when i took some of these. boo.
**and oh yeah. things look a little different on this corner of the world wide web. i am really aiming to simplify and streamline my life in 2014. therefore, i decided i should start by simplifying and streamlining where i share my life. everything is the same, there's just less muss and fuss. here and in my home and in my heart. enjoy. xo
