wine, beef, casseroles, real estate, wisdom, patience, love. age is our friend. so here's to hoping that time will bring understanding, acceptance and magic to our lives. the mature relationships in my own life have proven to be a model of hope and happiness for my budding love. not to go all notebook on you, but i've always imagined the moment of clarity in my life to come as i'm swaying back and forth on white rocking chairs, listening to the familiar laughter of my handsome support system, and watching the imagination of our grandchildren escape from their little hands. all on the land and life we built together. hoping for a real-life-fairytale is dangerous, but it looks like these two are gladly living happily ever after.
