C has been talking about these divine tacos he makes using a rotisserie chicken from the market. every time he mentions it, my mouth immediately begins to water and so i decided to give it a shot.
big mistake number one. challenging - no. kind of disgusting - yes. never ever again will i debone a chicken. gag. after the initial shock of gross, i somehow got over the nastiness and ended up really enjoying my meal. but from now on, my love will be doing the dirty work.
