in an effort to chronicle this crazy holiday [i assume memories will be taken by the wedding and new year's eve this year. rightfully so. but, i want to remember this part too.], i am including photos of our first december at 109. it's simple this year. we didn't get everything out of storage. just enough holiday cheer to warm our hearts. and it's perfect.

holiday records have been spinning since the middle of november. we love that bing crosby white noise.
we purchased a live wreath from the humphrey ffa. it's huge and smells delicious. we love it's holiday presence above the fireplace.
