celebrate - the food

happy valentine's day, friends!
i hope it is filled with love and all the good things.
what's better than food to post on love day? everyone's best friend, right?
when C and i started to talk about our celebration there were three things we wanted to ensure would happen: good food, an open bar, and great entertainment. we think/hope we achieved these things with the help of amazing vendors [i'm a broken record. i can't help it.].
attitude on food was the second catering company i contacted. from the first email response, i knew they were our people. their kindness and eager to please attitude were unwavering. they cared about their product, their image, and their client's satisfaction.
the service was impeccable [even on new year's eve when they all, likely, wanted to be with their own family and friends instead of ours]. the food was great and the presentation even better. the drinks didn't dry. we love attitude on food
our party didn't start until 8:00 so we served heavy hor d'ourves. the menu consisted of crab cakes, gourmet tacos, chicken pot pie, grilled cheese and tomato soup shooters, cheese and crackers, and donut holes.
